Nickel alloy (cavity) electroformed type

Suitable for applications such as medical products, stationery, and home appliances! It creates cavities with a surface roughness precision of nanometers (nm).

We would like to introduce the nickel alloy electroforming products handled by Shell Industrial Co., Ltd. Nickel alloy electroforming with 100% master (mold) transfer accuracy can create cavities with complex shapes and surface roughness precision in nanometers (nm). All products feature a mirror finish, including ultra-fine sharp angles and ultra-small diameter long items. The hardness ranges from HRC 40 to 45, and HRC 55 to 60, making them suitable for various applications such as medical products, stationery, and optical-related items. 【Features】 ■ Adoption of nickel alloy electroforming with 100% master (mold) transfer accuracy ■ All products feature a mirror finish, including ultra-fine sharp angles and ultra-small diameter long items ■ Hardness ranges from HRC 40 to 45, and HRC 55 to 60 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High corrosion-resistant nickel alloy "Alloy C22 (UNS N06022)"

Widely used as materials in harsh environments, such as pharmaceutical plants and semiconductor manufacturing equipment!

Aloy C22 (UNS N06022, NW6022) is a nickel alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. It exhibits outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in both oxidizing and non-oxidizing environments, and is widely used as a material in harsh environments such as flue gas desulfurization systems, papermaking, and waste treatment. Welding can be performed using standard welding methods similar to those for stainless steel, and post-weld heat treatment is not required. [Features] - Excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking - Widely used as a material in harsh environments - Standard welding methods applicable, similar to stainless steel - Solution heat treatment temperature is 1150-1170°C, and rapid cooling is required after heat treatment *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

High corrosion-resistant nickel alloy "Alloy C276"

Welding materials use copper alloy welding materials! Post-welding heat treatment is not required.

Aloy C276 (NW0276, UNS N10276) is a nickel-based alloy that exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments. By reducing carbon and silicon, it suppresses the precipitation in the heat-affected zone and enhances corrosion resistance, making it widely used in materials for harsh environments such as chemical plants. Welding can be performed using standard welding methods similar to those for stainless steel, and welding materials should use nickel-based welding materials. 【Features】 ■ Strength at high temperatures is significantly higher than that of SUS 304 ■ Cold workability is almost equivalent to standard austenitic stainless steels such as SUS 304 and 316 ■ Solution heat treatment temperature is 1150–1170°C, and rapid cooling is required after heat treatment ■ Welding can be performed using standard welding methods similar to those for stainless steel ■ Pickling uses a mixed acid of nitric and hydrofluoric acid *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
